tkei are an award winning housebuilder producing exciting homes within well established south east locations. Fever have worked with tkei since they formed in 2005. We have produced sales literature, promotional boards, website, adverts and their general styling.

Recently tkei were put forward for the UK Residential Property Awards in the category of Best Architecture Single Unit UK. Part of the criteria included points being awarded for the presentation of their submission. Fever worked closely on a number of different propositions for tkei. We felt that the submission need to reflect the high end sleek finish of the property selected for the award. We worked up the design around this and advised that a book bound presentation would give the perfect finish. We are pleased to say that tkei were ‘Highly Commended’ in their category and that their presentation was singled out for special praise.
